I have finally ticked off one of my American travel goals! During the week of the 4th of July, we packed up our bags and are headed to the Northwest! Goodbye Austin, hello Seattle!
After what can only be described as a rough first day/night, we were finally awake during the day and ready to explore!
Two days after the wedding, we boarded our nonstop transcontinental flight from Miami to Madrid. To say that we were excited would be an understatement. We still had no real idea of what we would do when we got there, but we're smart and knew that we would find a way - it's not like we where traveling to another planet.
Then it suddenly dawned on me - we had tickets to Spain, but hadn't actually book a hotel or planned what we would be doing ...
